The simply colors product range offers a great fun way to raise money. The bright colours, high quality and the chance to personalise an item attracts a wide cross section of family and friends.
And the best part, it’s so easy to do! Because all the ordering is done online, there is no need for you to collect money or distribute orders. All you need to do is handout leaflets and promote the fundraiser - easy!

How does it work?
- Register your fundraising group (email promotions@simplycolors.co.nz for a registration form)
- Request the number of Fundraiser Leaflets you require or electronic version to circulate to everyone who may be interested in ordering. NB: you can request this via the Registration Form
- Everyone orders online at www.simplycolors.co.nz and when they get to the checkout page, they must select your fundraising group from the drop down menu bar ‘How did you hear about Simply Colors’. This ensures our system tracks the orders from your group and correctly calculates your commission.
- At the beginning of every quarter we send you a report of the commission earnt, and make a direct credit to your Fundraiser Group bank account
How are the commissions calculated?
The commission is based on a minimum 10% of every product ordered (after discounts and before GST or postage)
What products can be ordered? Is there a minimum order requirement?
Any product can be ordered, it doesn’t matter if they are specials or unprinted items. There is no minimum order value.
Where do I enter the Fundraising Group?
New customer: when you have finished shopping and are at the checkout screen, choose your fundraising group from the drop down menu ‘How did you hear about simply colors’
Existing customer: when you get to the Delivery & Payment page please add in the comments box the name of your fundraising group
What if someone forgets to choose our Fundraising Group?
Existing customer: when you get to the Delivery & Payment page please add in the comments box the name of your fundraising group

It’s very important that they either choose your Fundraising Group from the drop down menu ‘How did you hear about Simply Colors’ OR they state in the comments box your fundraising group name. Without this, the system is unable to recognise and calculate the commission due from individual orders
