processing & delivery time

Upon receipt of your payment, your order will be sent to production.  All orders will be processed within 5 business days and during this time we will raise any print queries we may have or advise you of any items being out of stock.

 

Delivery usually takes another 2 to 4 working days within New Zealand; 3 to 6 working days to Australia or 4 to 10 working days for worldwide destinations.

 

Depending on the weight and volume of your order it will be shipped in either an envelope or parcel. New Zealand Post handles all our deliveries. If your delivery address is a company address, please put the company name in address details. On the day of shipping we will send an e-mail so you can make appropriate arrangements.

If you have not received your order within the above timeline, please contact us and we will follow up with NZ Post, remember to allow time for public holidays as this can delay delivery. Simply colors can not give any guarantees for the delivery times.

We will send you an e-mail confirming shipment as soon as your order has been shipped. We use the services offered by NZ Post and they will deliver the packages within 2-4 days.
