Payment options
Upon placing your order, you will instantly receive an email containing your order details, including the total costs. Only upon receipt of your payment, will we further process your order. You have the following two options to pay:
- option one: payment with your Debit or Credit Card:
- NB: sometimes our 'payment page' can time out quite quickly when entering your credit card details. If this happens to you, then please email info@simplycolors.co.nz to arrange Customer Services to call you (or to arrange a bank transfer). Customer Services will endeavour to contact you within 24hrs of your order being placed if this situation occurs.
- option two: bank transfer:
If you select payment by bank transfer during the check out process, you will receive a confirmation of your order by email, including the total order amount. Please make the payment directly to our bank (details included in the email and below) for the total order amount, with your order number as a reference.

We will process your order within 5 business days upon receipt of your payment. Please note that we will reserve the items that you have ordered for a period of 7 days, so please make sure that we receive your payment within this timeframe. If we have not received your payment within the 7 days after your order (or you have not emailed to arrange for the order to be kept in our system for longer), we will cancel your order.
Regardless of the payment option chosen, we will send a confirmation by email upon receipt of your payment and subsequently when your order is being shipped.
